Deine Aufgaben:

Du betreust unseren Workspace unterstützend und bist die erste Ansprechperson vor Ort
Du bereitest hervorragende Kaffeespezialitäten zu und sorgst für kleine Snacks
Du behältst den Überblick über den Lagerbestand und gibst bei Bedarf Bestellungen für Getränke und Ähnliches auf
Du achtest darauf, dass die Gemeinschaftsbereiche stets ordentlich und einladend sind
Du nimmst Post und Pakete entgegen und stellst sicher, dass sie zuverlässig weitergeleitet werden
Du führst interessierte Unternehmen oder Einzelpersonen durch den Workspace und vermittelst dabei einen ersten Eindruck
Du bringst Erfahrungen aus der Gastronomie und/oder Hotellerie mit, Barista-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, allerdings kein Muss!

Du bringst Erfahrungen aus der Gastronomie und/oder Hotellerie mit, Barista-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, allerdings kein Muss!
Du bringst ein hohes Qualitäts- und Servicebewusstsein mit und arbeitest ebenso strukturiert wie eigenverantwortlich
Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationskompetenzen, bist zuverlässig und stets hilfsbereit
Du behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick und reagierst lösungsorientiert und professionell
Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- (C1-Level) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1-Level) in Wort und Schrift

Are you a passionate host and finally want regular working hours without working weekends? Great! Then become a Unicorn and start working with us.

Your mission:

You manage our workspace (in a supporting role) and be the contact person for our users.
You make excellent coffee specialties and prepare small snacks.
You keep track of inventory and place orders for drinks and other items if necessary.
You ensure that the public areas always appear tidy and inviting.
You receive mail and packages and ensure they reach their recipients reliably.
You guide interested business customers through the workspace for a first impression.

Your profile:

You have experience in the restaurant and/or hotel industry; barista skills are a plus.
You have a strong focus on quality and service, and you work in a structured yet independent manner.
You have excellent communication skills, are reliable, and always willing to help.
You maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations and handle them calmly and thoughtfully with a smile.
You have excellent written and spoken German (at least C1 level) and good English (at least B1 level).
